Reverend Tyquana Rivers is the president and CEO of Connective Strategies is a registered lobbyist with over 30 years experience in government relations and political consulting.
Reverend Stephan Marshall
Reverend Stephan Marshall serves as a senior vice president of Connective Strategies with over 20 years of social justice advocacy work, grassroots organizing and corporate accountability experience.
Pastor Eric Figueroa
Pastor Eric Figueroa serves as the vice president of Faith Based Initiatives. Pastor Figueroa is also the pastor of the New Life Tabernacle, Brooklyn, NY and a Senior Advisor to the New Life Covenant Fellowship of churches a staple in the NYS and abroad with years of community service.

CS Cares initiative
Beyond business, we extend our reach to touch lives.
One of the differentiating aspects of our firm is the compassion in action executed through Connective Strategies Cares. We use our ability to forge unique partnerships with non-profit organizations to do some amazing work. We partner with the Fortune Society to provide job opportunities to the formerly incarcerated. Since 2020, we have also collaborated with CURE Violence Programs to distribute over 250 monthly meals and personal care packages to the homeless.
CSA has consistently explored inventive methods of contributing to families and individuals in the community. This includes organizing back-to-school supply giveaways, providing Thanksgiving groceries for families in need, and treating over a dozen marginalized children and their families to the UniverSoul Circus.
